Went to Tell A Friend Tour at my mountain, and it was one of the best days I've ever had on the mountain. Despite the downpour of rain skiing with the TC crew was stoked on everything. Shane and Erik had such a good outlook on there company, talked to them both for 20 minutes. Hands down, the day was sick.

Awesome and thanks for sharing! Erik & Andy (and others) have been with line forever and we're grateful to have such honest, enthusiastic and talented skiers representing! Glad you had a great time.
 
hell yeah i thought the same thing when they were at 7springs last winter. It was awesome talking to andy and ross about skiing, i love to see how they are still having fun with what they do and really bringing the excitement into the sport. hope they stop back this year
 
I love seeing threads like this highlighting the positive impact of team riders and road trips.

Also in favor of more sponsored road trips in skiing as in snowboarding and skateboarding.

 
I really dig the skate tour type thing TC and inspired has done. Its really down to earth and its good to know that the images people see behind free skiing are willing to spend their time with everyday skiers.

I hope the industry continues to fuel stuff like this in the future. If you are luck enough to buy new skis/outerwear/whatever buy from companies who support this.
 
I haven't had personal experience from the Tell A Friend Tour, but I did get the chance to meet the Inspired crew last year. Companies that have great outreach programs definitely not only help themselves, but the kids at the resorts the visit. I hope that more companies see the effect of this and start their own "tours" as well.
