ok im up in btown now looking for my place to move into....

I found this one its sooo dank check it out. I just am rollin solo right now dont have anyone to split any of them with. Cant move in with some random sketch ppl either

thats $1800 a month divied by 3 = $600 a month to live the baller life, walk to the lifts, and commute only 25 mins to burlington

dont get it though, is it someones place and they have a room for you to move into?

do you have two other friends you're trying to get a place with?

why is it divided by 3 if you're "ridin' solo"

is it a condo? if so do you have to pay dues? what about utilities? included?

 
thats how much my bro pays per month and he is in a 1 bedroom appartment. (sick place though)
 
im in a 4 bedroom pretty much on mainstreet in btown and its 650 a month each i think. includes likea heat and water and al taht though. and that was actually one of the cheapest i could find that were availale when i was searching which is kinda sad. in the long run its still cheaper than living on campus with meal plan and stuff

and yes im not going to school now so ill be working full time until the mountains open and have other business going on so I will be making far enough

Dude, that is wayyyy unnecessary. Find a room for rent, its way easier. Yea you might live with some people you dont know at first but its just easier. No long leases. Its not worth spending a shit load of money on rent just to have a baller place. If your going to be spending that much, you better be buying a place, not helping the landlord pay for his mortgage.
 
haha if i wasn't 16 years old then we'd own that place in a heartbeat... just 2 more years left of high school.
 
yeah that one condo is like 20 mins from burlington actually

but i found one downtown right in the middle of everything with a balcony, that would be only $450 a month heat included if I could split it with 1 other kid...

seriously if anyone is trying to figure out what to do for this year burlington is sick! so many amazing urban just installed, close to mountains, dope restaurnts, so many hot girls, waterfront...

cmon my dads gona make me move into a shitty single at least fo a month if I can't find a definate roomate. THen he'll pay for the first 2 months and security desposit
 
i wish i could help you out, my bro just got a sick place in burlington with chill kids and everythign but i think they are full for rooms.
