welcome back! and i'm pretty sure you can set it back through account settings. i'm not too sure lately i've been browsing mobile NS...spoiler alert, NS has been digitally remastered for cell phones and ipods!!!

Go to "Manage my NS" on the upper left, just right of your icon. Just a few down, you can click "Enable Cover Page".
