yesterday i was at my rugby game but we got their really early so we watched the game before us from the sideline. then one of the guys got tackled like 20ft from where i was sitting. the guy just lay there. the game was stopped and they called an ambulence. 5 mins later it arrived and they started cpr and put a neck brace on him, put him on a spinal board and then they put him in the abulance. i just found out today that he died at the scene. nobody knows what the cause of death, but this is anevent ill never forget

RIP, man anyone playing rugby doesnt deserve that to happen to them.. come with the game i guess, lol im playing tommorrow >>

wow, thats pretty sketchy, sorry to hear about that, sounds like a pretty traumatic experience

o i forgot to addd one little detail that scared the crap out of me. he started twiching and shit as he lied face first in the ground

yeah he must've hit his head, the convulsions are the most traumatic part. i don't know what i'd do if i saw someone die.

at southbeach i saw a cop SUV on the beach run over two girls suntanning,he ran over them then tried to reverse but ended up hiting them again..one of the girls died

yea rugby's a dangerous game. the doctors wont let me play anymore. word is if i get anymore serious concusions im at risk of permanant brain dammage. so i could totally see how somebody could get killed. two years back, a kid on the opposing team got tackled real good and his lung collapsed. its a horrible tradgey when people die young. RIP young rugby one.

i cant beleive this is frazer foulds. my bro was telling my mom and im like no way i just read that. and hes like yea it was frazer foulds. man that really sucks

i saw a referee die at a navy/georgetown lax game. it was weird, esp since there were so many people

ya our coach talked to the people and they said for the most part it wasnt from the hit it was something with his hear i dont really remember it all.

fuck that, can you imagine what its like haveing the last thing you think being 'Oh shit'. Its like that feeling when you overshoot...but you die.

Now imagine being the coach, im so used to getting hurt/seeing buddies get hurt but now as im waiting for surgery im the head forwards coach for a high school team, and seeing one of your guys get hurt is way more stressful then if your hurt or a buddy is. On that note, a player died on my best friends team, he drowned at the bottom of a ruck after a long run.

there was this one time at the hospital after skiing when i doslocated my shoulder and i was there for like 4 or 5 hours before i finally saw a docter and this guy came in at like 12:30 at night and he had just been in a car crash and i was standing in the hallway, they brought him in on the streacher with all the docters around him screaming and shit and useing that self squeeze air thing an then they brought him in this room and someone ran and got the defribulators( shocker things i duno if that what it is) then they brought it in the room and shocked him twice, then everybody just kind of walked away and when we talked to the nurse after wards she said that he would probably wake up tommorow. I was like wtf?

i shot a man in reno..

no but really, that's horrible. i've actually seen and the close side to 10 people die. most recently, i was driving down dorset street in south burlington and a guy on a motorcycle hit a van and he got thrown underneath the van and i called 911 and stopped and later on the news they said he had died upon impact.

that sucks big time.

i broke someone elses ribs when i played last week, but he was realy cool about it because he new that stuf like that can happen when you play rugby at a high level.

wow thats pretty nuts to actually see somebody die....i cant imagine what the guy who hit him is feelin
