Yo 07 and 08 dumonts are the same.

Dude i just asked solomon peeps today and read the things. Enough of this 07 has a half wood half foam core cuz it doesnt. The 07 SPK has a mix of isocell foam and wood. The 07 foil had plain isocell foam. But the 07 dumont had pure wood. So does this years. theyre the same.
 
i havent looked at the catalogue in a while, but i think they may have reinforced the edges for next year. in reality it is the same ski and has always had a full wood core
 
i think that salomon thinks they're legit just cuz they got worthwhile graphics

but they got pretty cool products, i had cr pros and i don't know if they was spaceframed, but they were solid nonetheless
 
ya thats the only difference. there were some dudes earlier in the year saying the 07 had like a isocell foam/wood mixture. but it doesnt. its jsut wood.
 
Oh well there still awesome skis so why change anything about it i havent heard any compaints of how the 07 preformed.
 
pretty sure there both the same. not that it matters. isocell are still sick. its what the scratches have always had.
 
why put out the same ski twice?

thats dumb on salomons part, ski shops will not be buying all 08 skis and selling off there 07
 
Someone

get a pair of new 07’s, and a pair of new 176 08’s and weigh them. If the they weigh the same, they are.

 
yeah, i called salomon and they said the same. then the fool han said no no no man, i called them too and they said it changed. then everyone believed them over me a said "yeah, forget quearnyisslad, hes a fuckin' nube!!"
