iannick, jon atencio (scott usa) and i just woke up from a night of celebratory drinking after an amazing first stop on the YGO tour. copper held it down for us on all angles. to say the least, the event was amazing. and thanks to all the other sponsors...

pshh, everyone knew walker was going to take this...as soon as I read his name on the list I knew for sure...
 
oh yea im not saying that she didn't im just saying that olivia was happy she didn't win casue she didn't wanna give up her sponsors

ok, anybody can enter the ygo... but if you win you have to take all of the contracts and trips. so the idea behind it is pros wont enter because the deals they already have with their sponsors are better than what they would gain if they won the ygo... for me i was on scott and siver already, no ski sponsor... so i had nothing to loose. there were plenty of kids sponsored in the comp tho, from just 1 sponsor to complete head to toe sponsored, so i wasnt the only one.

and also, whitney wickes entered a few days before the event so thats why she wasnt on the list... and absolutley slaughtered everything...
 
you guys. ANYONE can compete in the young gun. sponsors or not, if you sign up, your in. if you Win you would be obligated to drop your current sponsors and sign with the sponsors putting on the event
 
yeah i bet that almost 80 of the 105 kids either had one or more sponsor or were getting hookups what i got from mike and levinthal was the point of this comp was to push ams and lower into the higher echilons of the sport. i mean jason doesn't want some mediocre kids to make up his orage masters team he wants the next big kids to make up his team and thats what matt is so i really think everyone should calm down. please
 
yeah matt walker is fuckin amazing i saw a couple videos of him at the ygo, his style is sick
 
^^ he was on liberty untill someone skuffed up some ones kicks and then that escaladed immediatly into gats bein busted and led being pumped.
 
awesome comp!! I watched from the sidelines all day and my jaw dropped quite a number of times. Some great performances and many great attitudes too!! (which always wins over judges and company reps)

walker: You did great! Congrats to you.

Whitney: you simply rock. Leaps ahead of all the other performances from the other ladies that day!

great to meet some of the guys behind siver and newschoolers. hope to see you all at SIA and next year YGO!! Laurie
