Yet another video critique

Hey guys,

I just finished my summer edit, I know its laste, but better late then never. I think I blew out a few of my colors, but not to bad. All shot on the T3i and canon 50mm f/1.8. Didnt have my tamron yet, so I made the best of it with the 50mm. Give me a harsh critique, all is welcome!

i really enjoyed it. perfect length and i like the variety of shots. i didn't really think you blew out the colors too much. the blacks got a little crushed in the river shots but i thought overall it was pretty good
 
the shot on the sunglasses was sick, only thing id say is maybe get closer to the sunglasses so u can see the diving board better, and maybe "zoom out" after so the audience could tell its sunglasses....but thats just my interpretation of the kind of shot you were going for...besides that really liked it man!
 
yeah i agree, that shot was a little odd. we tried to get closer up, but then you cant tell its sunglasses, and i cant zoom out with a 50mm.

and thanks for the input juicedrummer, it was hard to balance the colors on the bridge jumping because they were shot on 3 different days, about 2 weeks apart, so on some of the shots i crushed the blacks to much to make one look like the other.
 
i know u cant zoom out thats y i put it in parenthesis,., u could still get a shot that looks somehwat zoomed if u get a close up,followed by a medium shot, thats what i was getting at, sorry for the confusion!
 
Shots looked great for just using a 50mm, you did a nice job of switching up "wide" and tight shots, even though they weren't wide they still looked wide because of your composition. Nice work man.
