i think you completely underestimate him. of this decade, he is surely top 10, probably top 5 (fucking top of the decade lists). and the fact he was that amazing at the relative beginning of his career is just awesome. and what he plays is just more appealing than music from someone like Portnoy who is just a soulless machine

honestly i have drummed since i was like 2 and grew up listening to all types of drummers and believe no drummer is better than another. all drummers are different in their own way. so the rev like i say isnt "the best" he is just unique in his own way. so stop complaining, the man died...if ur that fucked up to post shit saying he or his band was not good just shut up
