Most of the issues I have noticed are that people are correctly using the tags but are not using the DIRECT LINK to the picture. Each picture has its own url, the URL you see in NS when you are viewing a picture with the comments WONT WORK. Click on the picture and look at the properties, and copy the URL you see there. That is the DIRECT LINK to the photo, and will work.
