Yerba Matte Tea

This stuff is amazing. Definitely relaxing, tastes decent, and is something I could easily consider to be a "drug" of a sort.

Check it out on Erowid. It's completely legal, and it's healthy. Supposedly you're supposed to drink 2 medium-concentrated cups for it to take any real effect.

pretty much. A slight sense of euphoria, makes natural energy, relaxes the muscles, etc. It's good stuff.

definitely yerba mate. from Uruguay and Argentina, it's great stuff. never had enough to get those effects though.

Mate is super dank. drank it a ton after I went to Argie. Kavas the way to go if you want to feel lifted though.
