I thought this movie was just epic, one of the best, if not the best ski movies ever made. How come it doesn't seem that highly regarded around here?

It was a sick movie... but people around here are pricks and for some reason have a massive problem with msp for whatever reason. So no matter what they put out.. without even watching it with an open mind people will judge it and say its crap.

I thought the movie was good, but the segment of base jumping being 3 songs long, it became really boring. but some people had epic parts like abma

i agree, i thought it was pretty sick. not an epic tho

cannot wait til i see candides new one, looks insane from the teaser

I still think ski movie III "the front line" was the best ski movie ever! I feel It was ahead of its time and tanners section was dope. o and that movie was by MSP as well so i feel they put out good work. I think people hate on them because they are not as raw and dirty as poor boys or rage...thats where the hate comes from

i don't know, the front line was fucking epic, i mean it had candide going HUGE, it had the crevasse segment, pollard doing the first switch pow skiing on film, and CR and Seth absolutelty destroying their segments, what more could you ask for (besides philou)?

i thought it was sick as long as you skip the base jumping...t-hall, bushfield, t-rain, abma, bails, it was tight

Haha, I remember when that first came out I had no clue what it was and my friends said they were going to join the yearbook committee, apparently they thought that had they told someone about the premier at our mountain our whole school would show up. Good times....

Ahh so it's msp, well whatever. I didn't like the base jumping either beause it's lame after the first few shots. Well I still thought yearbook was a very very sick ski movie.

well theres only been two since, and one of them, push, was sick, so idk about going downhill...

i see it more as a hitlist-shaped blip

its the kind of movie you're glad to have on DVD, so you can skip the lame segments (basejumping) and just pick out the quality ones. as to why its not more highly regarded. no idea, i guees since its not as good as sessions 1242, it gets tossed into the mediocre pile by the newschoolers community.

it was the first ski movie i ever saw, i watched it 31 times, but the next movie watever it was just as good which made it bad because it was all slomo and crap. now i only watch ski movies like 4 times then im bored, i think im jsut spoiled

MSP has gone downhill ever since High Society and The Front Line, those flicks were sick, Yearbokk was pretty good but def not he best video ever
