WEll i was at the burton site and i decided to sign up for some stupied thing and see what there message board was talking about and such and it really reminded me of ns a lot it was weird they're very similar with similar attitudes suprisingly our attitude twoards snowboarders is better then there attitude twoards us.
 
You never know... the snowboard industry has a LOT more money than the newschool skiing industry. :)
 
its nothin like ns its just message boards but i think its most for feedback on burton products
 
ski and destroy is such a dick. All the boarders were basically commenting skiing, saying we rip hard and shit. They Ski-And-Destroy comes in like a fag and posts.

snowboard.com is just as lame as freeskiing.com, excepet that have an entire section of like, every urban rail ever...

and ns owns that site incredibly. You can't compare the two.
 
yea im a boarder and also party of snowboard.com but ns.com is way better even though its a skier site, and im all for the freestyle skiing because its really sweet to see skiers pull the shit they do. the only downside to this site is if you snowboard and your on because every once adn a while you get ripped on which is worth it
 
Alright, well my respect for snowboarders is dieing. They are being queers about skiing now. Thanks Ski-And-Destroy. I'm doing my best to defend us now.
 
no, i don't think doug has 'learnt' that, in fact i don't think that doug has 'learnt' anything. because there is no such word as 'learnt'
 
so im thinking we go there and rip on them because they rip on skiers which is retarded because you ride at the same hills and then rip on them because burton snowboards sucks
 
I've rode with boarders my whole life. I'm like one of the few newschoolers in my area. And the boarders I know are such much more chill than the skiers. All of the other skiers are rich little pricks. The one boarder i rode with fell and shattered his wrist and the little bitches stopped, sprayed him and laughed. Needless to say if i wasn't going down to get patrol, i would've beat their asses. I think snowboarders used to be big dicks years ago, but now the educated give respect where it's due.

And I never forget to tap my poles when they rip hard either. The mountain is for everyone... except for assholes.
 
is it snowboarding.com or is it a burton forum? snowboarding.com is the exact same thing as freesking.com which is pretty lame.I think snowboarders are sweet mainly because then i wouldnt have anyone else to ski with. I only know like 2-3 other freeskiers in my school.
 
yea basically everyone at my resort gets along but we all rip on eachother but its more in a friendly manner and im kidding unless its like someone that i absolutely hate.
 
but ns is still better maybe post something about that in the other forum wiht the site comments and see if they coudl work on that then it would be 20 x better than snowboard.com right now its sitting at about 10x
 
I like snowboard.com, its a lot bigger though, I get really nervous when Im there, because Im so afraid I will get lost. Too many ads on Snowboarder.com though. But its fun to look at postss. The first thing I did when I got an account was look for things people said about skiing, and some of it wasn't that bad. Most of was like, "Im totally down with skiers, I just don't like when they hit my board with thur poles when thur dropping in", those guys were cut down when a guy with like 10000 posts said "Dont fuckin sit ifront of them and everyone else when going to do a jump". I laughed.
 
i replied to the burton.com twin tip skiing thread. bascially saying that skiers and snowboarders should respect one another. at least the good skiers and snowboarders.
 
there shouldn't be any kind of hating on skiers on the burton website. i've heard a rumor from a very reliable source that burton has begun to manufacture skis

I might as well fucking give up. Alot of you snowboarders are seriously disrespectful. I had some respect for snowboarders before I came on this site. Since I hang out with some of my own. But thanks to you guys, you've all just proved my theory that you all are self-centered, hypoocritical bastards who can't look outside the box and what what freeskiing is about. Most of you need a life, and most of you are probably posers anyways, just little 13 year old kids trying to act tough, get off the internet and do something you secluded brats. To those of you over the age of 18, I appologize for the generality, but guess what, you act like them, it's no better. Have some respect. Ask almost any pro boarder what they think of skiing, almost all of them have respect for us. They've probably riden with us once in a while, they've actually seen us shred the mountain the same, if not better than them. Really, learn who you're against before you call skiing gay. Try it yourself, hang out with skiers, actually take the time to learn and appreciate how much harder freeskiing is than snowboarding. Really, grow up.

To those of you snowboarding, who do appreciate skiers, hang out with us, and don't bitch about how "ghay" we are, then I appologize and disregrard this post.
