i was almost in that eclipse, in the back seat. And after a mis fortunate undisclosed event that happened the PREVIOUS WEEKEND, if i was in that car on friday night, i would be sleeping in an office of a phycyatrist to get help for the rest of my life.

You should have no problem getting in my car, it's bens I'd be worried about considering it wasn't my fault. But at the same time, Ben won't be behind the wheel anyyyy time soon
 
if u got rear ended you are not at fault. your insurrance wont go up your buddys will. his insurance will pay for the damage. so you parents get pissed but no big deal everything will get fixed
 
HOLY FUCK. For the last time, you were not at fault, and the cop was even there to prove it. So your insurance company shouldn't even be contacted. Only your friends, and stop going on shit you "heard" because so far everything you "heard" wasn't the same situation as you, or it is just flat wrong.
