How old you have to be down there to get your permit/liscense?

In AK we get our permit at 14 and liscense at 16.

WA state is 15 1/2 for permit and 16 for license. Cept you can't drive with anyone else in the car for the first 6 months of your license, and you can't drive past 1 am till your 18. I drove with people almost every day and as late as 3 am and I never got caught so I don't think the cops around here really care.
