Yay or nay on Dalbellos?

i just got a pair of dalbello fx 5.5 boots, and i was wondering what people thought about them. for a few years now ive almost been using almost race stiff boots. i found it put more pressure right to the ski for buttering. and i do have a good pair of head s9's right now with the flex dialed loose. but these dalbellos that i got seem really felxy even just walking around. might be just me because of the raceboot history, but i was just wondering if this is gonna help me much in the park at all. its all park and groomers. skis are 09 4frnt tnks if it helps. im 5'11 at 155 lbs.

Nay, bring em back. Crappy liner, crappy shell, probably way too soft. Your old head s9 is a much better boot. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

I find it funny how Dalbellos are extremely similar in construction and fit to Full Tilts yet people don't give them 1 millionth the amount of hype or recommendation that Full Tilt gets

I got the rampages at the end of last year and like them, i have no experience in the yours though. I tried on full tilts but the toe box was just weird for me

i did see that they were in pretty close construction to the full tilts, thats kind of what made me go for them just to see what it was like. i got them cheaply off a friend, so im not too too worried if i dont enjoy them to the fullest. they dont look like a high class boot, just wondering if theres much worth in them i suppose

the krypton shell is similar to full tilts. the rest of dalbellos line isnt really that similar. i guess you werent around this sport when the rampages first came out. they got plenty of hype when they first came out, and they're a pretty nice boot. the spk got a ton of hype when they came out too, and arent receiving nearly as much attention anymore.

thanks for all the stuff so far, and do soft boots hold up nice in the park? do they seem to give out when you want to put pressure down for nose butters or anything? i guess im packin a few questions in to this one lol

You obviously don't know what your talking about, Just like full tilt and old raichle boots there are a huge number of extremely good skiers who wouldn't ski anything but a dalbello krypton.

i tried on a couple dalbelo's they seemed pretty nice, but super soft, i tried the stiffest ones, i think the t-hall?, and they were still pretty soft

Krypton pros are the stiffest ones, which can be cranked to 140 flex. If thats too soft for you still, lose some weight fatty lol.

I have had two pairs of Rampages loved them know i have the Blenders only skied them twice but they seem really nice
