The coroner determined that the cause of death was murder. He had a heart failure, but if it weren't for him being beat he would have never had it happen.

I didnt say he didnt throw a punch, I meant he didnt hit them, he obviously tried to punch them but he missed. According to what we heard from school of the CNN feed the coroner determined that it was murder, not some black action group. He died from an enlarged heart due to his obesity and his drug problem, yet he would not have died directy from these two problems, it was the beating that cause his death, THAT is why his cause of death was murder.

A coronor doesn't conclude if anything is murder or not. A coronor determines cause of death.

A judge and jury determine what is murder or not.

Now as for the death of the person. The case will morelikely be considered manslaughter opposed to murder. The police were 'protecting' themselves from a doped up suspect.

More times than not (90%), i'm going to be on the Police side. I'm going to guess the special investigation unit is going to also side with the Police.

i live in cincinnati, where this happened, and i was listening to the radio, and the coroner in the case said he likely would not have died if he didn't have a bad heart compounded with cocaine use. i agree that the police could have been slightly less forceful, but according to the coroner, it is actually the black guy's fault that he died.

 
Its easy for a lot of people to sit here and say what should and should not have been done, but when u've got an enragged drug addict twice your size trying to kill u, your first instinct is gonna be to fight back to save your ownlife, it is possible they went to far, but they had no other means of subdueing him, pepper spray does shit to people on hallucenigenics, and they had no stun guns, somethin similar happened to a kid at my school on shrooms he tried to break into a house and the police shot him with pepper spray but it didnt work so he got smacked up a little, but he was fine so there was no story on it
