They were saying on T.v last night that he could of died of heart Failure, but to get to my point have you ever seen a person fight that is on LSD they can be all weak when there not ripped off there ass but when there ripped off there ass they think they can fuck up King Kong they have Strength that they wont normal have. The dude had a heart condition related to hypertension... an enlarged heart just like his enlarged body. Attacking cops strung out on PCP and cocaine, you deserve to get beaten.

 
Racist cops need to be fucking shot. the guy kept getting up to try and stop the police who used un-neccissary force. if they stopped he probably wouldn't have done anything and then, he would be living in a jail cell which is better then a wooden box. BUt in the rodney king trial there was no black person on the jury and only 3 of the jurors were from minorities, one asian and 2 latinos. The system that has developed in our country needs to be changed Police officers beating blacks isnt acceptiable to me and others so write to your congressmen and women or your senators if you want this to be changed, give them your ideas and suggestions if they get enough mail they might do something besides deciding how much iraq can get so in 30 years they can come and attack us like they did in the past(where did they get the guns and everything to attack us in the 90's? us) So lets change this because it is not acceptable. Also in the video the guy was fighting the police to make them stop look at it the guy grabs and holds onto the stick so the cop couldn't use it to beat him even more and the guy's heart condition that 'lead' to his death became more dangerous when he had to move so much causing the heart to speed up even more then what was needed. The cops could have used other tatics as well instead of beating the guy more then what was needed

Holy shit the police went waaaay too far on this one. One cop was beating the guy and then once they wrestled him to the ground they had him under control and they should have cuffed him, but no! Once he was under control the second officer whipped out his fucking nightstick and started beating the shit out of the guy. It is fucking rediculous. there was no internal damage to the organs, he died of a heart attack. He was on PCP and Cocaine, he had an inlarged heart because he was morbidly (sp?) obeses. He was smoking flakes and running from the cops, this alone could spring a heart attack. It has been said that a 150 lb person on PCP has near twice his own strength and no fear. Imagine the strengh of a 350 + lb person. You would be of acted with the same force needed to subdue that kind of guy. I am sure some of you know how hard it is to put one of your friends to bed after they have drank to much and refuse to behave. I've wailed on my friends just to get them to bed. You want to quit getting beat my the cops? Quit smoking flakes, driving, getting chased by the cops, and when you are pulled over, to swing at the cops. It's common sense, he had what was comming to him. Most healthy human beings would of survived that beating. Pussy.

oh yeah, i will add though, there should of been less than lethal force used, although pepper spray is usless agains PCP users, no one can power over a stun gun, very effective, and a lot less lethal than a nightstick

Ok I guess you didn’t see the tape of it. It starts off with the guy saying racist remarks and attacking an officer, swinging his arm at one officer, and tries to put him in a headlock. So what would you do if a huge 350-pound guy starts attacking you? They even told him several times to back away, does he? No instead he lunges and attacks the cops. So all of you who think he was innocent and it was so bad he ended up dying, he was at fault. A manger called the police to have him removed, they did a job, if the guy was fine the cops would of been too, don’t forget cops are people. And the coroner’s report showed he didn’t die from the strikes he got from the police, it stated none of his internal organs showed busing. It said he was high on PCP and Cocaine. And his heart was enlarged from being morbidly obese.

Watch the raw footage and try to tell me this was police brutality. The guy was going completely nuts. And yeah, they continued hitting him, because he continued swinging at the cops. Simple as.

And if you watch the way they were hitting him, they weren't hitting really hard, and just listen to the audio. They CLEARLY weren't beating him for the fuck of it, they were subdueing him.

I'm all against police brutality, but this CLEARLY wasn't police brutality.

the police were clearly defending themselves and doing what was necessary. If you were being pummeled by a 400 pound man high on cocaine and apparently PCP, you would probably try to defend yourselves too. also, they didnt just beat the man till he died. they beat him until they could get him into handcuffs and under control. He died after the fact at the hospital.
