XP Pro major problem

Ok i just upgraded to xp pro. every time that i minimize a window be it photoshop paint or im it goes off to the right of the task bar where all the icons are. is there anyway to get rid of that so it just minimizes like back in the day??

my first guess is perhaps you have extended desktop on? from your description it sounds similar to an issue i've seen on 2000sp2 when it minimizes to the right even though you think you can see your window list on the taskbar in its entirety. just a guess. in case you dunno where to check for extended desktop, right-click desktop -> properties -> settings tab? sorry i don't have xp handy atm. you might try checking there and possibly like advanced monitor settings and such.

ok ive isolated the problem

it has to do with windows blinds v 4.4 enhanced

does nayone know how to turn that feature off without deleteing windowsblinds

got another question on the xp subject

i have pro with sp2 is there anyway that photoshop cs2 and sp2 can coexist
