XGames is BORING?

I don't know about all of you, but I find that watching Ian Compton's Weak is more enjoyable than the XGames Elimination round. I really like the XGames, and the insane double and triple flips, but after watching around 15 laps of the same 270 on 270 off, dub 1260 stuff, I think it gets a bit boring. I'd much rather watch Traveling Circus, or Ian Compton's Weak and their band of hooligans do wizard tricks and one-foot up rails. Just my opinion... let me know what you guys think.

ian compton and his videos are fucking awesome but this is way different and you really cant blame anyone. when you have to do a pretty much perfect run, you don't do weird/new/hard to consistently execute tricks, that's just how it is

im actually really impressed by some of them. bellemare (i think) did disaster 4 pretzel 4, i mean, that's fucking insane to do in a do or die situation like x slope. props for that

I don't know about you but when Harlaut absolutely aired off that money booter I def was stoked. I guess it's all about taste but watching a skier trying to get a perfect run is def exciting to me.

You both are right. They only get two tries to land a perfect run, so they can't try goofy stuff, but I still think it is more entertaining to watch TC regardless. Although I did think that Bellemare's 450 on 450 off was crazy, and Harlaut is always fun to watch... I don't know, I guess I am kind of on both sides.

at least stand by your opinion bro

They should have an urban skiing event at x games. Where a bunch of pros put their video parts into a voting contest for people's choice and judge's choice. Basically real snow backcountry but for street skiing. Snowboarders have it, bring real snow street to skiing!
