Xc

i ran all 4 years of high school lead to my first knee surgery and missed a year of skiing because of it

I Run! First race is Saturday. What are your times for the 5k. I was around 18:30 last year as a junior. I've trained all summer, so I'd say I'm somewhere around 18:00 now. Also, where do you all run?

i go from the fridge to the tv to the computer to the bathroom in a 12 hour period every day so im gonna be super fit for skiing now

i used to be good and we have like a skool corss country meet every year i always get top 5 even though i smoke weed every day its pretty sweet last year each age group top 3 had atleast one kid who jsut smokes pot and chills and the other 2 were the most hardcore runners ever

a kid in my conference in high school ran like a 16:10 his freshman year. He won state a few years in a row, his fastest 5k was a 15:03 in his junior year. After that he moved to Colorado to train for the olympics so I don't know how his senior year went. It was crazy talking to him and running against him.

1/5 of americans can run cross country because they cant find the United States on a map because of map shortages.

my bad i cant spell because of dictionary shortage

i ran the cross country trail with my soccer team for conditioning the other day - does that count? it sure beats running around the same field over and over again, i'll give ya that...

hahahahahahaha running. people at my school say they run like 10 miles at practice. i dont think iv run 10 miles combined in my entire life. who wants to run for fun, it makes no sense.

i did cross country for a week or two freshman year, just because it would get me in shape. after i had one meet, i got asked to play on a soccer team..yeah tough choice there.

It' no different than skiing for fun. Why do you ski for fun? Probaly the same reason I run. It's fun, it's healthy. it's competitive, and it gets you away from everything for a while. It actually makes a lot of sense.

My school is rediculous at that, but I play tennis haha...

Jake Riley who won state in WA ranked 16th nationally was in my P.E. class haha..

I dont run xc but i run track.. well mostly jump track haha. I'm training now for the indoor and outdoor seasons and its pretty sweet, I only do about 10 miles a week probably because I lift and stuff for jumping.
