which do you all prefer? i prefer Xbox at the moment,the graphics are better and all the game are awesome

xbox does have some nice graphics and real good framerates, but I just keep it real with PS2. They got great games and the controller is the tits. PLus, Sony just announced its spending (in Dr. Evil voice) 2 BILLION dollars US on its next Cell and Emotion processors. The PS3 will mop the floor with the other consoles.

ok ok if i had to choose one i would go with the ps2 for the backwards compatibility, shitload of games, the controller config is much better in my opinion, and it is not produced by microsoft. but i prefer my pc cause i am not gonna pay $200 for the same shit i can do on my pc

X-Box, simply because it has Live. Sure PS2 has a network adapter, but who wants to use dial up these days? (I personally cant wait for MM3)Plus, the small/japanese X-box controllers are great and there are a shitload of great titles for the console now. Not to mention the obvious more power. The answer is simple, XBOX!

if i was buying another system right now, i would probably go with the xbox with the smaller sized controllers.

having your own tunes play is fucken wicked man,play amped with some awesome shit playing,you get all pumped and stuff but some games you cant listen to your tunes during the game,i wanted to listen to some disturbed while playing halo but you cant,damn

wow thats sick i didnt know you could have your own tunes while playing, the one bad thing about Xbox thougb is that it costs a lot of money to play online, and some PS2 games are free

ya you can dude,just load your cds onto the harddrive,my friend has so much game files saved on his and has like 30 some cds loaded in and it still says he has 50,000+ blocks of memory left and thats what you start with

you can play your own music from the xbox,like i could load in a prince cd then choose that specific cd to play while i play the game,you can let all the cds play on random

when ps3 comes out,its gonna blow xbox out of the water,then the time will go by when ps3 will be on top by a longshot and then voila,xbox2 will hit the shelves which will make ps3 look like crap, and the majority of people that choose ps is because of the name, SONY.

Pc's can definatly beat any console out there, theres just a lot more better titles that come out on consoles. When the geforce FX card comes out you'll see.

 
A good gaming computer can do a lot more than a console, but cost like at least 5-10 more.

ps2 has better quality games. I mean you could play an X-Box game and sit there and marvel at the damn graphics and it could still be a shitty game. Playing pac-man or some shit is more fun than watching a cut-scene with good graphics. And about those pics posted above, they are both just cut-scene type screenshots, so it doesn't look like that when you are actually playing.

if they came out with a skiing game using the amped engine i would go buy an xbox in like 30 seconds--the ps2 probly does have the best controller though even since xbox came out with the smaller version
