Xbox live and Colleges

Any one able to hook up there xbox's to there schools networks? cause i cant figure it out, im at penn state, any one else have the same problems?

I have the same problem. There must be a way around it though.

go into your system settings. Find the MAC address. Email it to your computer people and tell them you want your xbox registered so it will work on the network.

Thats the University of Michigans network guide and it tells how to set up a console on our network. If you scroll down towards the bottom you'll find the Console Setup section. I assume Penn State will be similar.
