Xbox freezing

i just gta 4 about 2 weeks ago and it keeps freezing mid game saying the disk is unreadable, the xbox is only a month old and the game 2 weeks. no scratches at all. i would bring the game back but im at college nowhere near where i got the game...this happen to anybody else
 
really ur only option is to take first the game back, and if that doesnt work then the xbox, that is if uve tried cleaning both.

but for real, it's not ur xbox that happened to me with army of two; get a new disk.
 
i would get a new disk but then i would have to go home to return it to the store i got it from and thats not happening any time soon...o well looks like im just gonna have to get back into skate
 
Halo 3 always freezes on me. I even got a new game and it still kept freezing. Only game that freezes my xbox too. Weird shit.
