Xbox 360 vs. ps3

^ yea, its suposed to be 700-900 dollars. sony put all of its assets into the system, so analysts think that if the ps3 bombs, the company is set for disaster. eventhough it wont

^^^ haha that made me laugh.. it wont be out till 2007 now due to blu-ray copy protection issues.

i think ps3 is losing alot of customers by not having it realesed yet

but anyways. I think (well, i'm just assuming, 'cause this is what i'm doing) that those who want the ps3 and not the xbox360 can wait the extra year for the goodness that will be.
the only customers that sony is lossing is parents who are just getting 'the new thing' to make their kids stop complaining. anyone who's getting the system themselves (or old enough to know what system they want their parents to get them) one year waiting won't change thier minds.
I'm almost fully dedicated to getting the ps3. i've been a playstation kid since the begining (I think you can blame final fantasy 7 for ruining my social life back in the day... well not really, but man that game was so sick!).
I've gotten used to the sony controlers and I've never played enough xbox to get used to their bulkier controlers. It sadens me that I don't think sony will ever have a good ski/snowboard game that will compare to the amped series.
and does amped 3 really suck? from the looks of it they went the cartoonish look of the ssx series for 3 which is too bad... but the build your own park feature looks dope.

hahaha dude think about more 1000 to 1200 dollars. The PS3 with have the brand new blue HDDVD technology. It is gonna be WAY WAY more graphicly powerful then the 360, and the games for it......well they speak for them selves ( Metal Gear 4, GT5, Final Fantasy, etc...) Right now Sony is working on the size of the system. In the end it is gonna be worth it. People are gonna need an HDTV to take full advantage of the next gen. systems.

i'd have to say 360 at this time since it's here and ps3 won't be for awhile.
