you get 1 month with a gold membership. and 1 year with silver. silver is bull shit, it doesn't let you do anything.

somehow me and my room mate made two accounts and different times so we got a month 1/2, which was a bonus.

buy a xbox live gold membership off ebay ofr $10-$15 off. and then when you one free month expires make a new account so you can start over on halo and fuck kids up.
 
yup, im not buying one until it is cheaper and not full of problems. i give it another year for the price to drop, then i will get one.
 
dude.....all these people bitching that the PS3 is going to be 600$. Who gives a fuck. Dude when all the systems first came out, they all costed around that price. It is going to rule everything else no matter how much it is. Don't worry kid, when your balls drop, you'll get smarter.
 
i've heard of the problems, but i got mine a couple months after it originally came out and i haven't had a single problem with it.
 
1. Other systems never cost anywear close to $600 dollars.

2. The PS3 is really only being used to introduce Blu-Ray discs.

3. The PS3 will not come with a hard drive.

4. The PS3 will not have some sort of organized online play like that of XBL.

5. Just becuase your icon is a cobra doesn't mean you rule.

He came back in six minutes though, which makes me think he didn't go far. And probably could have afforded sixty-eight seconds on Google.
 
so what, it will be soo much better than anything else. I am willing to bet that it will be more powerful than your home computer, it has a p4 and its motherboard is better than the one you have in your desk top so befor you complain how much it will be get the facts on what will be in it
 
Yeah it's 3.2 GHz. It's definatley faster than my computer. But it's running off of a Cell Processor which is incredibly hard to write games with. Let's also keep in mind that the XBOX360 is running 3 cores at 3.2 GHz each.

Again Sony is primarily using the PS3 to release the Blu-Ray tech.
 
they can freeze up, but the new stock doenst have any probelms really...usually no returns, just get the warranty anyways
