X-MEN: THE LAST STAND

I'm going to say it, it sucked.

The new director fucked it up, the writing was awful, worst adaptation as well as the lamest dialogue I'd seen in awhile. The only thing holding it together was it's decent acting and good sfx, other then that the first two own this one.

The Juggernaut does say "I'm the Juggernaut, Bitch!" so that was pretty fucking awesome.
 
^badass, exactly what that movie was missing - a professional theif who could throw explosive playing cards and weild an adimantium bo staff
 
i was pretty much retarded by the time i went to see it so maybe thats why i was the only one who thought the acting was dumb as shit, and so was all the scenes basically. i would laugh when they were having a serious scene or not. juggernaut saved the fuckin film. other than that it was a soap opera that happened to have mutant powers. some stuff was sweet.
 
my friend went to it and he said that it was terrible but i dunno i still really would not mind checking it out.
 
It was bad. The new director tried to squeeze in way too much story in a short movie, and because of this there was no character development.
 
I liked it, but it was too crammed in.

Not enough movie for all that shit that happened.

Plus no gambit.

If anyone stayed around in the theatre for after the credits, what are their thoughts on that scene?
 
i was the third film there shouldnt need to be much of any developement at least that is what i think. i too thought it was bad it was like i was watching a movie with action in it but when it was over i wasnt sure what i just did for that last two hours
 
The whole thing was builing up to some epic final battle and then it was just sorta stupid. The only good guys in the final battle(which was made out to be huge) were wolverine, storm, ice-dude, beast, steel-man(who was tight as shit but i dont know if they showed him once in the final scene), and random walkthrough-walls girl. Most of the final scen though was spent with these guys fighting complete randoms. Almost no main character-to-main character fight scenes.

And dont get me started on how gay whiskers and fast girl were. There is actually a mutant in this movie(who acts like a hard ass) thats only superpower is to grow whickers all over his body.

But other than all that shit it was alright i guess.
 
I thought it was absolutely terrible. Even though the battle scenes were visually pleasing it didnt mean anything to me because every other aspect of the movie (story, script, acting, ect.) fucking sucked. EXCEPT the girl that could walk through walls was marry-me-hot.
 
wolverine and gambit man. that crazy cajun bastard. he was soo cool. jubilee's a bitch. and does anybody remember the triplet of to-be-continued episodes in the animated series where jean grey becomes pheonix? sick
