X-MEN 3

1) scott should have never been killed off.

2) same with jean. she DOES turn into the pheonix, but then jean regains control and turns good again. they just dont kill her.

3)rogue never gets rid of her powers. in the comics and shows shes older then in the movies and shes way strong. ergo she wouldnt have gotten rid of her powers in the first place (in the movie).

4) they needed Gambit (he was the best) but then they would have had to put the rogue/iceman/gambit love triangle in and with the scott/jean/wolverine triangle it would have been too complicated. then again, they still needed gambit.

overall i thought it was a good movie to go and watch and stuff, keeping in mind that the director took way too much liberty and strayed away from the original series way too much.

it was good, but they tried so hard to get rid of every factor, so they wouldn't have to make another movie. They either killed off someone or made someone lose thier powers, which i thought was lame. overall it was cool

oh and my favorite part was when juggernaut goes" Do you know who i am? I'm the juggernaut bitch", i thought it was real funy

I think it was the exact opposite. They made you think that they were cleaning everything up, as it was going to be the last movie. But then at the end they left 2 gaping holes that are just begging for another sequel. The part where magneto starts to push over the pawn when he is playing chess and, if you stay till after the credits, you see that Charles Xavier was put into that one brain dead body.

precisely.

there will be a 4th...but i think they'll wait a few years for it..plus there isnt much talk of it yet on imdb. just rumors.

Juggernaut isn't a mutant, he gained his powers by touching a crystle in this temple, giving him these bands. He does not need to eat, drink, or breath. Also he has unpenatrible skin.

this is what im trying to explain to everyone.

that was the big thing that bothered me in x3...juggernaut is NOT a freaking mutant. therefore jimmy should've had NOOOOO effect on him at all.

There is a movie about Wolverine coming out in 2007, and I heard rumors about a Magneto one too. Should be pretty sick.

I found it to be good. Not the best out of the 3, but good. I found that the whole "Cure" thing is overplayed, and if they bring it back in the next movie, it will be rediculous. First step, completely new plotline.

The cure better allow regain of all powers, since rogue is supposed to 1. Fly and 2. Have super strength. The whole idea of the little kid having the power of the "cure" was a cool idea, and really done well. HOWEVER, the movie was way too short and there was no background knowledge or any exstensive fottage about the kid mutant.

The moorlocks were also lame, and i feel that producers are just trying to shove as much special effects as they can into one movie, and in X-Men, that means giving lame powers to random mutants. They should have alos talked about how the Juggernaut was Xaviers brother. But No. They make him a complete idiot who babbles on about nothing and becomes a completely pointless character.

The scene between iceman and the flame dude (can't remember his name) was rediculous as well. Could have turned into one sweet scene, but they just pulled out a DBZ scene and blasted each toher for 30 seconds.

All in all, it was a good movie, don't get me wrong. But they better do a much better job in the next movie by bring in gambit, actually KILLING off characters for good, no BS about Xavier coming back to life after the credits. And bring in some badass dude, like Apocolypse. Fuck yeah, my rant for tonite. Peace

Yeah, that is kind of weird. They don't really have anything to do with each other besides the fact that Magneto can pretty much make Wolverine do whatever he wants.
