everyone slayed... that was sooo insane. there were so many new tricks, and im so happy for TJ, he deserved that all the way.

he got hurt practicing pipe and is holding out just for pipe. good decision cause he would have been risking himself to not qualify for finals in big air.
 
CRAZY. Just crazy. Skiing progressed more in those last ten minutes than it has in the past six months. Too absurd for real life, I think I'm going to watch Idea to cool down a bit.
 
Progression was insane, but I was glad to see some style in there. I was hoping that the term afterbang would be used to describe Jossi's landings, but instead they just said "WOW, stomped it!" Jossi was oozing style. Bobby was just on another level though. I was kind of sad to see that 1620 thrown though. I want skiing to go in the direction of style.
 
Keep in mind TJ just his switch 1440 at the US Open... wait for it... four years ago. The fact that skiers filled in the vacuum they were creating is sick.

This has no doubt been the single greatest night in skiing and will remain so for a long, long time.

Props to X for the SICK format and competent judging. I thought the landing looked flat but... It seems not.

I have not ONE single gripe about that comp.

To X, bobby, jossi, tj, and all the other competitors...

A damn fine job, a damn fine job indeed.

X has definitely regained my respect after last year, that's for sure.
 
Epic - but am i the only one who cant stand mike douglas commentating??
Never seen landings like Jossi's either.... most stomped shit ever!!
