X games and double corks

Ok, first let me say something before you start hating on me for starting this thread. there are tons of Xgames threads out there, but i feel that this would be the best way to feel what the NS community is thinking

is seems that almost everyone was throwing double corks, i know it is a hard trick, but lets see some variety, this isnt aerial,

i was watching x games with people who dont ski, and they said it was getting pretty boring cause everyone was doing the same trick

then when tj did hi sw dub rodeo 9, they really liked it just cause it was different, and so did i

so what im asking is, does anybody feel teh same way? i personally think that we need more guys like Casabon doing no dubs! and t-wall didnt do any dub corks, which was nice

so what do you think?

I personally feel that going strait into a jump and doing a trick whether it be grabbed, a dub or whatever is the same thing as aerials. Its not like real skiing if you are going strait, hitting a jump flipping and landing. I would fucking love it if they carved off the jumps and really SKIED the course. So much more flow to that.

dont you remember the switch 1080 era...?? doing double corks is PROGRESSION, just like sw 10s were 3-4 years ago, when everyone complained thats the only trick skier did. think about it....youre far from being the only person complaining about the tricks that should be done in comps.

in my opinion, as far as it goes, I love watching double corks as long as they are steezy (and nowadays pretty much everyone can do good looking dubs) and I love to see new dubs emerge just like jons tornado or Bobby's sw double misty.
