Yeah that was a fucking awesome moment. Hoping for something like that this year but I can't even imagine the trick it would take.
 
The X games are a made for tv event. They will hold off the start of one event until the other finishes.

x games pipe is the only one thats built to that standard 22 consistently.

they've been 22 feet at least since Thalls 2006-2008 stint.

I said 12 years because thats when they started calling them superpipes.

most pipes are not that big

whistler claims 22 every year, but it melts down a lot in the spring for WSI
