I'm still wondering why the course that the best skiers/snowboards in the world compete on includes boxes. Imagine that flat down flat down box as a milli tube or even a regular single barrel.
I'm thinking for the females (not trying to start shit)
I don't know why they don't just make the gap bigger. With a landing like the one they have, they are going to be dropping really far if they hit it big. Somebody is probably going to get hurt from going big and dropping too far.
I like it a lot as well. This is going to take some real technical skiing skills to pull through those tight rail features with clean landings and tricks.
I'm not doubting that they will be able to go big. I'm saying that they are going to be dropping farther which means a harder impact. I guess that landing is steep but if they take the landing deep they are going to be hitting the ground hard.
for a landing that size, i feel like the gap should be a solid 20 ft larger. it doesnt seem to me that the jump matches the sweet spot of the landing at all. however, we only got a small glance at it so we'll have to wait and see
