Anyone go here? I've been looking at it recently and it looks really sick and I plan on applying as soon as I get my latest report card, which will be pretty soon. How'd you like it and all that? Also, how did it work if you wanted to go to a comp. somewhere... like.. say you wanted to go to the X Qualifier in Aspen, what do you do about your work? If you can gimme some info. on your experience, it'd be sick.

i dont go, but i see all the WVA kids at all the east/west coast comps...so i imagine WVA is pretty loose on stuff like that

it's super dope, when you leave for comps and stuff, your teachers just give you homework to do, it's wicked easy to get out of, but if you do your work you can get so much shit done, so when you go back to your normal school you're way far ahead and don;t have to do anything

ya, ask jeff, he's an expert. I know a lot fo the kids there, and it seems pretty laid back, and a very good place to go if you want to ski.

yea, you do work...like i said in my previous post you get a lot done, i was 3 chapters ahead in my french class, and i finished a book in english that my class at home had barely started, like 2 chapters ahead in biology...this was 2 years ago, but it's like you're being tutored really, so it's a lot easier to grasp the concepts that you're learning, the most you'll ever have in a class is 3 people, but that's not very likely

good environment too, lots of chill kids, most of the teachers are pretty cool, good coaching

like you go to school from 7:30-11:30(or so), then eat lunch, then go skiing

it's 5 months, but you can go for 4, 3, 2, or even just 1

if you go for the full 5 months it starts november and ends like the 2nd day of april i think

who ever said that it's for rich kids who suck you're a dumbass!!!!!!!! it's for people who ski becuaes they want to go somewhere with it.......like make the money that they spent worth it when they get sponsored and ski all over the place and shit!! jeff, dan, bal, jp, colby and me are all fuckin skiers who go there. it's the dopest place ever and as jeff said earlier you do work. infact you work more at a faster pace than you do. and you ski more and get better than you..so yea it's fuckin the dopest place ever and jeremizzle gazowskizzle is the dopest steezey guy ever and you should fuckin bow your ass down and kiss his steezey ass feet cuase he's dope...and wva is diiiizzzfuckinope!!!!

no, it's quite different, cva is like a normal private school type deal, wva is only for the winter, so you go to your normal school, then go to wva, then go back to your normal school for the end of the year

Yeah i go to WV every weekend anyways so im really interested in going to WVA. everyone seems so cool there and I've watched Gaza help kids and he seems like a super cool guy.

wva is rad...it costs a whooooole lot less than any prep school does...so it makes a lot more sense than parents who send you off to boarding school...and it is only for the winter so you get you ski grooooove on and you go back to school and are ahead of everyone...cool concept eh?
