Wu Tang and Skiing...

Aight, so... I love Wu Tang and their music and all that good stuff. But what I dont understand is the obsession skiers have with it. Everywhere i look, it's wu tang this and wu tang that. Why? Is it because soem of the pros listen to it? Is it just awesome? I mean no hate, but i'm curious why the skiing community is infatuated with them.
 
with a cool name like that it's hard not agree with you. Numbers replacing letters, genius. Lil bow wow has all the classics, wutang's lyrics are whack.
 
It's because no other rap group can represent the freeski culture like the Wu Tang Clan. Coming strait out the slums of shaolin, there are number of similarities between Wu, and your typical NSer. There's the affinity for hood clothing or "wu wear", plus we all share the love of the ghetto lifestyle. Not the mention the compulsive need of the average newschooler to twist grass. A trait no doubt shared by ghost, rae, and especially the method man.
 
OP is a fucking noob, everybody knows that the wutang clan is named after the freeski-culture, we were the first ones that made the Wutang gesture, screamed "shimmy shimmy ya" while grinding rails and offcourse we originate from the true white people from staten island, and the "wutang-clan" are just some rich black guys trying (tried) to be ghetto.

we my friend are always been NEWschoolers, and because we were white and poor and the members of the Wutang clan Black and rich one of the members of the wutang clan wanted to name himself Old dirty bastard cause he knew that that would have been the opposite of young fresh gentleman AKA Tanner Hall.

So we dont have anything to do with the Wutang clan, the Wutang clan has something to do with us.
 
Its because something makes us black, and those who are black, are also black. The black man is GOD, therefore WU-TANG!
