it's not too bad, its more on the brown side. In direct sunlight they are completely reflective and look real dark. They could use some cleaning, and as I said above it is a single lens, but this does not effect the vision.
yes, they will be. the dual lens is made to prevent fogging. the warm air from your face hits the inner lens while the cold air hits the outter lens. the inner lens is also where the anti-fog coating of the lens is.
