A misty is a shoulder roll...imagine rolling on your bed...in a misty 5 you rotate 360 degrees on your side (NOT inverted) and another 180 to get back to your feet...in a misty 7, the second 360 is almost done upright...
A front flip 180 IS (as someone mentioned) a barani, which is an old school trick that you can see McConkey do sometimes. You go inverted, rotate 180 upside down, then complete the flip.
