Wtf Whistler Premier?

So, I go to book a room to stay in whistler this January through Whistler Premier. Right before I go to book, I skim the policy, I read that you can't book a room if you are under 25. Though a local tells me that during college break, all those hotels and condos are full of college age kids. Though, when I called up whistler premier, they gave me the same story.

Soooo, what the fuck? Is there some mysterious loophole I never heard about?
 
I think you have to book it through someone who is 25. Although, I actually lived in one of whistler premiere's rental suites for three months (i'm 18) because I knew that lady... It's not a law, it's more of a precaution so they can have a bit more reassurance the room won't be destroyed...
 
It also says in the policy that you have to show ID that the person in the room, is the one who booked it. Is there any other agency or people I can go through to try to cut a deal about this age policy?
 
thats cuz college kids on spring break leave their brains at the border. they are so retarded they cant even make a rational decision for themselves. thats why they get booked through "invasion tours" a company that bring 1500 of these douche bags to town...
