cross-country skiing, though it doesnt seem like "skiing" is not shit at all

these guys (and girls for that matter) are some of the most hardcore athletes in the world. so dont go hating something you dont know, it makes you seem like a fool.
 
they are obviously manlier and stronger than you, they were skiing for and hour and a half straight up and down hills.
 
alright I don't cross country ski and probably never will but I do have mad respect for the people that can do this full out for like an hour straight

I had a 30km cross-country skiing march in the army, with a full pack of 40kg (90 lbs) and my assault rifle. Due to shoddy direction, it ended up being 59km (36 miles).

I woved to never ski again. Shit was terrible.
 
im not trying to troll. i just didnt think this was x-country skiing. when i think of cross country skiing i think of telemarking across powder not skateing on groomers
