I was baked channel surfing at my dads this week and saw that there was a reality tv show in town modeled after the hills or something. I don't know why but for some reason this bugs me so badly. I have waited 15 years to move out there and shit I watched 5 minutes of this show with some serious anti-stokage after, it took watching a bunch of ski movies to get me back to proper stokage levels.

End rant.
 
what, you don't like it? I love watching poser couples fight, pro-hos bitch, and aussies cry.

 
my only problem with it is that I feel it gives the wrong impression of whis to anyone whose never been there. other than that I find it just as mildly entertaining as the other mtv "reality" shows except this time I recognize the locations.
 
ahaha, I actually watched the first four minutes of that episode, and I have to say, that the girl in the pink jacket is quite possibly one of the worst actors I've ever seen.

Try and fit the word "like" one more time into what you were trying to say. I dare you.
 
amanda scheller is a babe. its her first time acting. she makes money to ride film party model. I htink thats prety sick. who dosnt say like a lot. I think the show is gay. but its whistler and many friends are in it so its fun to watch. its NOT what whistelr is like and we all know that.

and you of all people should know it, bar starring it up since day one you moved there. check your blog if you think i am lying "whistler scene"

i went to high school with two of the mains, and a bunch of the other kids in it and know the rest from around town, and as someone who was born and raised in whistler i feel that they hit the town right on the head. people just dont go up to rondevous to break up with their significant others, or talk from a script. everything else is exactly the same. from the guy talking about how he forgets he has a girlfriend to the other girl talking about how she loves her friend, and especially the drama outside the bar.

think about it, and you will realize how true it actually is. just not everyone who lives in whistler is a bar star like that or drinks like a fish - just like how in LA, not everyone is like Lauren Conrad and who ever the fuck else is on the hills.
 
if you say you DON'T think that thats what Whistler is like you're either trying to defend yourself or don't spend much time here. it's completely what Whistler is like.

it's not what EVERYONE here is like however.

i stay as far away from that scene as possible but holy fuck is it funny when i do decide to go to the bar.
 
Hopefully this bull is contained in the bar as you guys are saying, i don't drink a whole lot so it does not matter as long as they are not going to let these people in line in front of me in the morning.

what does does gtfo mean? how is that website anything like the show?were not even complainning?who are you???sure there is a bit of drama in whistler is there not everywhere? nothing like in the show though. and that website dosnt even have anything about whistler in it? one post that only shows people having a good time at a bar with hommies on a wednesday night. and who are we giving a bad name?

man that show is my life i watch it then the aftershow but i pvr it just so that i can watch it again later

also i think a fun drinking game would be u have to drink every time you see liquor of any kind on the show

let me restate what i meant to say. i wrote that when i was tired and hung over so it came out meaner than i intended.

i meant that you said that it wasn't what whistler was about, and you go and post up how you guys go to the bar every night and take 1000000 pictures. and of course you don't photograph the drama, but it is there without saying. you just can't say that that the show isn't what whistler is and then post up your party pics.

and, by the way, its dee, and i am sorry if i offended you.
 
I made it through the opening credits and watched about 30 seconds of the actual show before turning it off. I can't believe this crap not to mention how terrible the acting is.
 
i dont think its the bar that causes drama. ive never had any drama at the bar i just have a good time. so maybe its the people you go to the bar wiith...?
 
so your saying that with every picture we post of us having a good time meanas theres drama all around us? shit dee maybe your partying with the wrong crowd.
