okay... first of all the hippy stinx is not the same ski as the seth pistol. it has different dimensions. similar yes, but still different, and a different flex.

second of all, the pair of skis posted in this picture are NOT a pair of hippy stinx, but a pair of maden aks with a different topsheet and base. i believe CKO has a pair of the seth vicious with missdemeanor graphics. that doesn't mean the skis are missdemeanors... they just happen to LOOK like missdemeanors. same thing with the skis in the given picture. they're maden aks that LOOK like hippy stinx.
 
Just curious how you know this... You cannot see the top sheet, and you have no reference to judge the dimensions. What makes you think they are AK's and not ordinary Hippy Stix?
 
I see... Then what is the point of the entire thread?Just so that his close friends can prove themselves smarter? Or so that he can feel like a genious when everyone eles gets it wrong?
 
thats a decent deal except shipping is damn expensive if I were to get them up here in soviet canuckistan.
 
hippy stinx, yes, different flex, yes and looks fvcking awesome.

kinda hilarious that a german ski mag was testing them in an alpine freeride ski test (with maden aks, bandits, ak labs and so). never mentioned that those are for tellies.
 
Actually I don't have a pair of Seths with a missy graphic - but I did start hassling Schmies about it this summer. Would be cool I think.
 
They are a very good deal considering they're fairly unique skis, and the seller is one of the most reliable people in this community.
 
he can't, and there were no predrilled holes...just holes from actual tele binders that had been previously drilled, but there's no way to tell from that pic
