Wtf? help

my taskbar is gone. and no i dont mean that i minimized it down so there is just a line, i mean its totally gone, and so are all of the icons on my desktop. help me.

ctl alt del then file news task, then type explorer.exe

ah nevermind i hit ctl alt dlt and then found explorer and opened it up.... thanks
