WTF COOKIES N' CREAM?

so im sitting at my desk chilling, and browsing ns, while enjoying the crap out of some cookies and cream ice cream. im almost finished with my bowl and take one of the few remaining bites. the sweet temptation melts in my mouth, when suddenly, CRUNCH! i bite down on something hard! upon further examination its a bolt about a 1/2 inch long. what the fuck? it scared the crap out of me and enrages me that companies take no pride in their ice cream anymore

people sue way to much these days
 
i choked on it and died. no jk but people really do sue to much. everyone finds a way to profit from their own mistake.
 
true, but this wasn't your mistake! haha no don't sue, that would be a waste of time and money. something probably just fell off of their ice cream machine into the tub and you were lucky enough to get a bolt. stuff like that is good for your immune system.
 
so i called safeway, it was lucerne brand. i told the guy i had suffered erreversable damage and was going to sue. the guy says, excuse me? in an odd tone. and im like jk jk. he says, thank god. its my first day. i didnt want to deal with a lawsuit. so they are sending me some free ice cream coupons! chica chica ya!
 
That's cool, maybe you will get a whole new wrench set in your next bowl of ice cream!

...and does anyone else have this stupid video advertisement go off when they scroll to the bottom of the page ?
 
Haha reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where kramer gets a huge settlement and this company is going to give all kinds of money and free coffee but all he wants is the free coffee. If anyone knows what Im talking about find it on Youtube and post it up.
