.Similar thing happened to me riding. But i got it through my lower lip into my mouth. It took soo freaking long to heal because the wound was constantly wet from my saliva and it hurt like a bitch to eat anything.
 
I had the same thing on and when i hit the ground my full face slide up opening up the bottom of my face. Guessing it was the same deal with him

not the stuff i wanna see being an offroad dirt bike racer. but i cant say that this is rare, there is a lot that can go wrong really easily, and this guy wasn't even going fast, imagine going 5X as fast.

that dudes lucky he didnt loose an eye

My thoughts exactly, but dang that video is wild. Like said above it didn't look like he was riding with a lot of speed and that just drove into his face.
