why can't these guys get a pair of skis out before the season starts. first my local shop wasn't even getting them, then they were again, and now they can't get them until after the season starts. now i have to get lines which every person on my mountain will have.

well there is a very simple answer to this which SHOULD be very obvious. if u dont want to have the same skis as everyone else then dont get a pair of lines look into some k2 or if u want to get 4frnts so badly then call some other shops or the 4frnt manufacturers and get them shipped to you, now that want very hard was it?

There was a Yearbook premiere at squaw on friday and Tait's boardshop in the village carrys both 4frnt and Armada, but didn't have their shit in yet. I felt so sorry for the girl working there that night, I walked in asked for 4fnrts, she told me they didn't have them yet and about ten seconds later another kid came in and asked the same thing. Must have been a long night.

my shop has had 4frnts since august so i don't know what is up around your area

clearing out a car is alright, but try clearing out a bus full of grade 8 kids on my toronto trip, man that was the worst fart that i ever let go and ill never forget the kids running out covering their noses along with the teachers- Lateralis

4frnts are so expensive this year its a rip off. im sure htey lost a lot of customers because of the price raise on the MSPs. and jksl, i dont think shit talking is gonna help convince people to buy 4frnts....

sometimes i find that its easier to ride last years models like buy the skis at the end of the season for half price and ski them next winter usually there isnt even a difference between years other than graphics which dont mean anything as long as u can still be good.

Don't be dumb Magnum - companies provide an MSRP so that shops can claim they are running huge sales on skis when all they are really doing is selling the ski for what they think they can get away with... It's called street price.

 
those prices are all MSRP dude. almost every twin tip is cheaper than the MSP.

at my shop, the MSP is the most expensive twin there.

and making your ski reconizable from everyone elses isnt hard at all, just slap a sticker on there or something, and bindings help out with that too

magnum, hardly any shop ever sells skis at the MSRP. skogens were going for around $700 msrp and my shop sells them for $525.
