WTF 4frnt

i sent them a messang a month ago and no reply

i have the STL's and like they chiped way to much im talking chips from the edge to the middle and one of them is like stupid bad and theres a huge gash in the bace of the ski from fucking ICE!!!!!!!

one of my friends said to send them back

wht do i do

haha a chip in your base from the ICE.

PHAT CHANCE on a warranty for that. Ice doesnt fuck up bases tool.

Sorry dude, you didn't take a chunk out of your bases on the ice. Its called hitting a rock, a rail, or something like that. Not ice.

scott is stilllll waitin to see what happens with his stls... good luck man. are there any shops around you that carries 4frnt? cuz goin through them would be the easiest way to get an RA number and send them in.

definitely the solution is to put them in a box and mail them to a random address at 4frnt. works every time.

dude 4frnt is horrible with this shit, took me 6 months, and i paid them, and they just forgot the extra 200 i paid to get my skis turned around

^true story. i did that and i had a new pair within a week. here's the address i sent mine to:

Dan von Allmen - Class of 2009

815 North Broadway

Saratoga Springs, NY 12866

definitely do that

Try the shop you got them at...The edge on my STL's separated from the sidewall, plus the sidewall was coming out, and I emailed them like a month ago, no answer, so I called my shop, and they've sent new sticks.

You will shortly be receiving a great deal of anthrax.

... Threadstarter: that doesn't sound like a warrantee issue. It sounds like you beat up your STLs and they couldn't take it.

go through a shop. they will know if they are warrenteable, and most companies find it easier to deal with shops than individuals.

This is the right address. I called 4Frnt and this is the return address they gave me 3 months ago. Took about 10 days to get my new skis back from them. Do it.

definitely get in touch with the shop you purchased them from. The companies listen a lot better when CS comes beating down on their doorstep.

bahahahha you bought 4frnts and you mistakenly thought they came with a warranty bahahhahahahahahhahahahhahha

And "ice damage" isn't covered by warranty. Neither is topsheet chipping. Next time, buy real skis made by a company that doesn't suck dick.

thats where i sent mine but apparently its some gay porn palace and they sent me some inappropriate material, no skis

they're plain with graffiti type writing on top. the 183s are white with like a greenish type writing, the 177s are black with gold and white writing, and i dont' remember what the other sizes look like. i personally don't really dig the graphic, but a bunch of kids at my shop do. the tnk's look pretty rad, but the msps and vcts are off the charts.

same here. it took a billion emails too. and a buch of phone calls. they're absolutely horrible in customer service like that. but when i did send them back i got a new pair right away. so that was nice on that side of the story.

shitty company. they make a terrible product, my stl's fell aprt in 2 weeks so i sent them countless emails with pics and talked to the local rep and they said no you used those too hard. edge was falling out on tip and tail, and the tail on one was definately delammed. The best they could do was give me proform on another pair of shitty skis.

I took my stl's into a shop for warranty. its definitely the easiest way. its been a few months and i havent gotten them back, so it may take you a while. I know people who have had problems with customer service and their warranty though. so good luck.

snapped mine last year after 3 days of skiing, it took so long before getting new ski but they did sent me this years ski at the beginning of this season, 3weeks after there wasnt a single edge on the ski, the base was almost coming out... but I just bought some rossi. I dont have anymore effort to put to get a ski that wont last.

In youre case, if u didnt get any answer from warranty@4frnt.com u should just emailed joe@4frnt.com I'm sure he will write you back. He is really nice about that usually. But I dont think youll get new skis for a chip or something like that ...good luck anyway
