Looking for something for a beginner setup for a friend. Dukes, barons, tours, etc. Not looking for anything new, bit of a budget set up. Might consider trekkers or similar.

If it's for a beginner and there's a budget then tours would work...dukes are pretty burly. Barons would be probably best overall for this criteria
 
I have a pair of 2016 Tyrolia Adrenalin 13 small frame AT bindings mounted on 2015 Icelantic nomad 105s 181cm with G3 skins if you wanna buy a full set up for the low.
