Ski boot sizes are different than shoes and snowboard boots just an fyi. The smallest boot size out there is like 18 (kids 3) or something like that that are easy to find. You are probably a 28.5 but couldn't tell you for sure. Go to a boot fitter and see what size you need and what boot fits you best. You can't just pick a boot in your size.
