i would suggest getting xl pants and lg jacket. i got xl for both and the jacket is f'ing huge. ime 6' 165 not a small dude. and the jacket is way to big. i exchanged it tho

Im your size and got brown xl pants, and i have a large ozone evo. the pants are freakin huge, i think i might exchange them for a large because they are almost annoying. Id let me evo go though if someone had a scuba jacket in large....
