Wtb: looking for a durable ski

depending on size and what you want to spend i've got a pair of stockli snake's that are freaking bomber in a FS thread i just bumped - size 170

if you want a durable ski. i recomend with a larger name company. im not saying smaller companies are bad. they just still have some stuff to work out in their construction.

rossignol,k2,salomon would all be great companies with awesome warranties to back it up.

i have skied public enemies, fujatives and silencers. i have had my public enemies for 3 seasons now and they are still going strong.

i recomend them if you want a pretty stiff ski. as you go to a softer ski you usually loose some of the durability that comes with a stiff ski.

so look into k2, rossignol, and salomon. see what interests you and do some research. then when you have a general idea of what you want. come back here and maybe someone can help you.

i know nothing about ninthward....

mojos, scratches, and PEs are all pretty durabe, ar5s too

ninthward issues: while they are super super super dope skis, ive had mik d's and firstbloods, they have some issues. my mik d's snapped behind the heel, my firstbloods delammed(like all 9s will) and then i tore a heel piece out, my friends butters are delamming at the butter point in front of his toes on both skis, and another friend broke a pair at the end of last season. that being said, as long as your skis are still under warranty 9ward will replace them fast and painlessly. and they are doooooope skis
