did i say anywhere in my post that he shouldnt buy them? No i didnt because maybe theres certain important reasons he wants those skis. Im just tryin to let him know that those skis arent similar. The karma you will find is an allmountain park ski that most people find to be quite stiff for just a park ski, also it is 87mm underfoot. The scratch fs are 84mm underfoot and super poppy and dont hold up well at high speed. Pretty much to be used as a park ski. The dumonts are are also a slopestyle ski but with this ski its has a wood core and beefed up construction so it can some other stuff outside the park. It handles ok at high speeds not as well as the karmas. So all in all if youre heavy and ski alot of other stuff besides park, go with the karma, if your light go with the dumont, and if you want a more park oriented ski get the scratch fs.
