WTB: fks 185/p18/px12/bindings

theres quite a difference between 18 din bindings and 12 din bindings....and it might be hard to find fks 185s for 150 or less
 
Yes, I know there is quite a difference. I would prefer din 18, but if I can't get them 12 will work for a while. I know 150 is pushing it, but who knows? Someone could have something.
 
Out of curiosity, why'd you choose p18's and px 12's but not include fks 155 or fks 120's? Also, if you'd prefer a 18 din why'd you pick the px 12's over the px 18s?
As a rule of thumb try to pick a binding where your din will be in the middle of the range and optimaly ±2 from the max/min. So px12's are a 3-12 din range so an optimal din would 7.5 and a range of 5-10. P18's are an 8-18 din so an optimal din would be a 13 and range of 10-16 and so on...
 
meaning the din ranges don't overlap....... making it really strange for both bindings to work for the same person ya know?

I hear ya. If I remember right, px 18s are pretty ridiculously priced. I'm not too familiar with the 155s or 120s. I was wanting to stick with something I'm familiar with. If I could get the px 18s within my price range I would take 'em. Sorry, I know I'm a little confusing. +karma to you for explaining everything and being rad.
 
155's are the exact same binding as the p18/FKS 185 except for the din range. And the 120's are the same heel, and have a toe with a bit more plastic and vertical release.
 
Thanks everyone for being cool and not being dicks. +karma. Let me rephrase this: I am looking for durable bindings, DIN up to 18, somewhere around 150. If you have anything I would appreciate your offers very much.
